Created in 1998 by the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG), the AS9100 series of standards formulates requirements for a quality management system for companies in the aerospace and defense industries. In addition to customer-specific requirements for processes, especially at the interfaces of the supply chain, the standards are based on the specifications of the aerospace authorities.

CDM’s interconnect products and engineered cable assemblies are widely employed by the world’s leading aerospace and defense companies. They are most commonly specified in mission-critical tactical communications systems, commercial and private aircraft avionic systems, commercial aircraft onboard entertainment systems, rotary wing aircraft avionics and onboard electronics, military aircraft avionics and fire control, as well as in space flight applications.
