CDM Electronics Introduces Super Duty Class L Assemblies™ For High-Current Power Distribution
CDM Electronics, a premier authorized distributor of electronic connectors and cables, now has available the Super Duty Class L Assemblies-series of high-power cables for military, industrial and homeland security/disaster relief usage. Engineered to provide consistent, high-current delivery of power between generators, power distribution equipment and shelters, the Super Duty series utilizes rugged, self-grounding MIL-DTL-22992 connectors for worry-free service. The Super Duty’s military-derived design features ruggedized, waterproof construction and is American made at CDM’s global headquarters in Turnersville, NJ. The Super Duty Class L Assemblies are available in a number of semi-custom configurations to streamline the drop-in replacement of existing mission-critical cables. All assemblies are available with 60 or 100 Amp current options, with standard total lengths of 25’, 50’ or 100’. Assemblies can be configured as extensions (MIL-DTL-22992 connectors on both ends) or as pigtails (MIL-DTL-22992 connector on one end and blunt-cut cable for hard-wired installation on the other.) All assembly connectors have a unique arc-quenching design, and include a ruggedized cap with retention chain for added safety and durability.
