Krystyna Zaremba
Lead Harness Technician

Krystyna joined us in 2003, after many years of experience with Lockheed Martin where she was a lead harness technician for their Integration & Test programs. She also participated in the assembly of complex spacecraft and performed launch support for GE’s Astro Space Division’s satellite systems. Krystyna possesses dozens of certs, including ESD Handling & Awareness, Harness Fab Operator, Hazardous Waste procedures, Polymeric application operator, Electrical Safety, and ISO 9001 Awareness.

Mike Liccketto
Quality Assurance Manager

Mike brings to CDM 20+ years of experience with an extensive background in the implementation and sustaining of Quality Management Systems (ISO). He has a diverse background in the telecommunications industry encompassing quality, customer service, operations and test.

Mike's contributions are not limited to quality assurance, as he is a contributor in developing and supporting business plans, identifying cost reduction opportunities and maintaining customer and supplier relations.

Mike is a welcome addition to our staff, and looks forward to servicing our customers needs for years to come.

Mark Henry
Electrical Engineer

In 2003, Mark came to us with many years of experience with Northern Telecom and Inrange Technologies. He has a strong background in developing and implementing test solutions, AutoCad design and fabrication, troubleshooting capability and proficiency with ISO, UL, VDE, and FCC government testing procedures and equipment.

Lemuel Agustin
Value Added Product Specialist (EE)
Lem's engineering intellect combined with his sales background make him a natural to lead our value added cable assembly department. Our customers demand interconnect and manufacturing expertise and Lem provides these with superiour service and cost effective assembly and harness products.
