Corsair Electrical Connectors specializes in manufacturing connectors for military and commercial aircraft. All manufacturing is performed in Irvine, California, using state-of-the-art CNC machine centers for shell components, and injection molding equipment for insert manufacturing.CDM Electronics is the premier QPL’d value added assembler and distributor for Corsair, offering its full lines of MIL-DTL-5015, and MIL-DTL-26482 series products. Both series utilize rear release contact retention, in various shell sizes, and a variety of insert arrangements and contact sizes.
Corsair also manufacturers aircraft external power receptacles which meet QPL requirements for MS90362 and MS3506-1.
All assembly is performed in the USA.
MIL-DTL-5015 Series III Circular Connectors
Utilizes rear release contact retention, in 12 shell sizes (8 to 40), in a variety os insert arrangements and contact sizes, (16, 12, 8, 4, and 0 gage). Threaded coupling mechanism; polarization accomplished by insert rotation.
