If you encounter design problems when using bulky outdoor connectors, you understand the need for a connector more compatible with the small sizes and industry established interfaces for data, i.e. RJ45 connectors. The Conec connectors are robust enough for extreme weather conditions or the hazards of factory processes yet still compact and compatible with standard cables and interconnect products.  

The IP67-rated RJ45 product family features a 1/6th turn bayonet coupling for fast and secure mate/unmate, even with gloved hands. To optimize chemical resistance, UV resistance, EMI shielding, and tolerance to physical abuse, CONEC offers these connectors in three different housing materials: plastic (with color code options black, blue, green, yellow, red, white), metalized plastic and nickel-plated, zinc die-cast. In addition, CONEC ensures high performance with gold-plated contacts.

The product line includes a variety of panel-mounted receptacles, mating plugs, protective caps and pre-terminated jumper cables including cables suitable for outdoor use and direct burial with jackets that can be color coded to match the in-line couplers. The IP67 RJ45 connectors ensure a continuously secure connection and are dustproof and weatherproof, with a silicone ring seal that makes a watertight connection to the panel.
